Gigi J has been bringing her lovely soprano voice to Southern California since 1988 but has been gaining fame and fun since 2005. Most folks know her as half of a family folk duo...but more and more she is also performing around Southern California as Gigi J, with flavors of standards and humorous songs about life as a gal from the 1910s through 1940s. Sometimes she is with the charming and debonair Bob Balbert, pianist exraordinaire at his lanky 75 years of age, with a gigantic repertoire of amazing jazz standards. Sometimes she is with UK-born guitarist and barritone Simon Lucas. with tongue firmly in cheek (if you can do that when you are singing), sharing lots of humor about life and love.
